ClearBook is for independent professionals and small service businesses that schedule time with clients: coaches, tutors, trainers, consultants, creatives, and local service providers.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. You can begin the 14-day trial without a credit card and decide whether ClearBook fits your workflow before subscribing.

What happens after my free trial?

We do not charge you automatically. If ClearBook fits the way you work, you can subscribe for $29.99/month to keep using your dashboard. If you do not continue, your data stays preserved for when you return.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can manage or cancel your subscription from Billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period.

Can clients reschedule or cancel themselves?

Yes. Clients can use their secure booking-management link, while your availability and cancellation settings stay in control.

Does ClearBook connect to Google Calendar?

Yes. You can connect Google Calendar during setup so new bookings stay visible alongside the rest of your schedule.

How are payments and account data handled?

Subscription and client-payment details are processed by Stripe. ClearBook does not sell client data or use it to train AI models.

How do I get help?

Email hello@useclearbook.app. ClearBook is run by a small team that aims to respond within two business days.

Is ClearBook for medical records or PHI?

No. ClearBook is a scheduling and client-communication tool and is not intended for storing sensitive medical information or protected health information (PHI).
